1. Order Process: Once your order is placed, we forward it to a third-party printing and delivery service for production and shipping. As we do not handle printing or delivery directly, we cannot make changes to the design or shipping address once the order has been processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Cards: If you receive damaged or defective business cards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the printing provider to resolve the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
3. Incorrect Orders: If there is a mistake with the order (e.g., wrong design or quantity), please reach out to us immediately. We will coordinate with the printing service to rectify the issue.
4. No Returns for Custom Designs: As all business cards are made to order and customized with your design, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than defects or errors made during printing.
5. Shipping Issues: Any shipping-related issues should be directed to the third-party provider. We will assist in resolving any concerns you may have.
